What countries do you ship to?

We offer international delivery services worldwide.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be advised upon confirmation of the order with you. Please understand.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders within Europe will arrive in a week. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the process and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Whether or not returns are allowed needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for detailed instructions. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@winsdrum.com. You will be provided with detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and receive special promotions.

To create an account, click the “Sign Up” button on the top of our homepage. You will be asked to provide your email address, create a password, and complete your contact information.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address to receive instructions on how to reset your password.
To update your account details, log in to your account and go to “Account Settings.” You can update your contact information, shipping addresses, and payment methods.
If you wish to close your account, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you with the process.
Do you offer gift cards?

At this time, WISDRUM operates primarily online. However, we are working to expand our presence and will provide information on any upcoming physical locations or showrooms.
